The purpose of this measure is to “measure satisfaction with mentor in same and mixed-race mentoring relationships following an 8-week internship program at a large media company.”

The measure was first published by Ensher and Murphy 1997, and therefore under copyright by Elsevier. The article however is available free of charge through Elsevier at the citation listed in the Key Citations tab. The items in the scale, as well as the Likert-type response options can be found in the Methods section under Measures. It is in the last paragraph under and referred to as measuring mentoring satisfaction.
