Measure Overview

The purpose of this measure is to assess the frequency of mentor/mentee meetings from either the mentor or the mentee perspective.

Measure Information

Mentors:

  • In general, how frequently do you meet with your mentee?
    • Less than once a year (1)

    • A couple of times a year (3)
    • Once a month (4)
    • Once every two weeks (5)
    • Once a week (6)
    • Several times a week (7)
    • Every day (8)

Mentees:

  • In general, how frequently do you meet with your mentor?
