Welcome to the NRMN Phase II Data Site!

As part of the second phase of the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN), the NRMN Coordination Center (CC), housed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, was established to provide administration, data, and communication support to the NRMN Resource Center and a consortium of 11 independent research studies focused on the science of mentorship, professional development, and networking. The NRMN CC built a nimble yet efficient organizational structure that advances the research agenda of the Diversity Program Consortium. Part of this work included creating the infrastructure to support substantial coordination, collection, storage, tracking, and reporting of all NRMN data. The NRMN CC effectively and efficiently built communities of inclusive practice, fostered synergy and research innovations, and disseminated NRMN’s key findings.

As part of the Coordination Center's charge, the NRMN Phase II Data site was developed with the following functions in mind:

NRMN Phase II Common Measures

A record of common measures used across teams. Meant to catalyze and support synergistic interactions among the NRMN investigators, the DPC, and wider community of researchers working to diversify the biomedical research workforce.

About this Data

Provide a description of the participants, timelines, and data collected across the research studies, including that collected using common metrics. Meant to streamline the visualization of the potential and request for common data.
